In 1939 Fresno became the 10th division to be accepted into the state organization, Division 10 represents all of Fresno County Public School Districts with the mission to protect and advocate for benefits for retired and active educators. We are the only Division in California to own our own building for public rental and for all our activities — Fresno Teachers Ed. Center (also Saginaw Center) 3930 E.
